Artisan Captain

What is it? It’s a new variation on one of the most popular Magic formats ever, Commander. The basics are very simple: This format uses a 100 card deck with a Captain (like a Commander), with the same single copy of any non-basic land or card that sets a number that can be in your deck (such as Relentless Rats).
